Do you charge any setup or onboarding fees?

No. There are no setup, onboarding, or account creation fees. We only charge the agreed-upon leasing or management fees when we’re actively working on or managing your property.

How is the management fee calculated?

For Full-Service and Premium Protection plans, our fee is a percentage of the monthly rent collected (typically 8–11% depending on property type, location, and portfolio size). We’ll outline the exact percentage for your property in your custom quote.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

We don’t believe in surprise junk fees. Any potential additional costs—such as lease renewal fees or markups on major maintenance projects—are clearly disclosed in your management agreement before you sign.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Many owners start with Full-Service and upgrade to Premium Protection as they add more properties or want additional peace of mind. We’ll help you transition smoothly without disrupting your tenants.

Is there a long-term contract?

We don’t lock you into lengthy, one-sided contracts. Our agreements include reasonable notice periods so we can wind things down professionally if you ever decide to move in a different direction.
