When do I receive the $250 referral bonus?
We issue your $250 referral bonus after your client signs a property management agreement with Rise Utah Rentals and their property is activated in our system. We will confirm payment details with you (and your brokerage, if required) at the time of referral so there are no surprises.
Do you ever take my client if they decide to sell?
No. Rise Utah Rentals focuses solely on property management. As part of our referral process, we document you as the preferred listing agent in the file. When your client is ready to sell, we remind them to contact you directly and are happy to make that warm handoff.
Can I refer multiple properties or investors?
Absolutely. The $250 referral bonus is paid per signed door, not per client. If an investor brings three properties under management through your referral, that equals $750 in bonuses once all three management agreements are signed.
Is this compliant with my brokerage and Utah regulations?
We work with your brokerage to structure referral bonuses in a compliant way, following Utah regulations and your office policies. If your brokerage requires a specific referral form or disbursement method, we will follow that process.
